
Accelerated 3+3 Year BA-OTD Program
The 3+3 Occupational Therapy program is an accelerated pathway for qualified students to earn both a Bachelor of Arts in any major from the Undergraduate Studies and an Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree from NDMU in just six years.
First Three Years
- Complete all general education & major requirements
- Earn a minimum of a “B” in all OTD prerequisite courses (a “C” grade in Basic Statistics and Physics Lecture may be accepted)
- Apply to the OTD program at the beginning of the third year
Year Four
- Enroll in the NDMU OTD program
Years Five & Six
- Complete OTD at NDMU

Upon successfully completing the Occupational Therapy Doctorate program and all licensure requirements to become a professional occupational therapist, graduates can pursue a career working in a variety of settings.
